Ms. Reich - 2nd Grade Teacher

I am a second grade teacher with nine years of teaching experience, and I absolutely love what I do! I especially love working at Fords Prairie because of the wonderful sense of community, the supportive staff, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with my students and their families. There is something special about being part of a school where everyone works together to help students feel welcomed, supported, and excited to learn. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the Fords Prairie community and to have the opportunity to teach and grow alongside my students each year.

I grew up in Winlock, Washington, and feel lucky to have been able to grow up and continue my career in this wonderful community. I started my college journey at Centralia College, where I spent two years before earning my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Saint Martin’s University. I later continued my education through Western Governors University (WGU), where I earned my master’s degree.

I love getting to know my students and their families and creating a classroom where everyone feels welcome, cared for, and excited to learn. My goal is to make learning fun while helping each child feel confident, supported, and proud of their progress. I am so excited for another year of learning, growing, laughing, and making memories together!
