Heidi Weaver - School Counselor

Aloha! I am so glad you are here at Fords Prairie. My name is Heidi Weaver, and as the School Counselor, my heart is to help students and families feel safe, seen and heard. I help students work towards goals of success - socially, emotionally and academically. I am also the building liaison for our McKinney Vento program and 504 facilitator. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions regarding either of these resources. Looking forward to a great school year!
