Haley Simmons - 4th Grade Teacher

Welcome! My name is Haley Simmons, and I am so excited to be part of the Fords Prairie family! This is my fifth year teaching, and I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days helping fourth graders learn, grow, and discover their strengths.

I love creating a classroom where students can be themselves, have fun, make mistakes, ask lots of questions, and learn something new every day. Fourth grade is such a fun age, and I enjoy getting to know each student and watching their confidence grow throughout the year.

Outside of the classroom, I love being involved in our school community. I am proud to coach both basketball and volleyball, which gives me another opportunity to work with students, build relationships, and encourage teamwork, perseverance, and confidence.

I am so excited for another wonderful year of learning, laughter, and growth. I can't wait to see what this year brings!
